Submissions

The author(s) must hold the responsibility of submitting the original research. Therefore, the references be cited with proper citation and the words of the previous research be quoted with due reference and weightage to the original author(s). In this regard, no article is accepted which is found plagiarized beyond the limits defined by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The verbatim quotes therefore, be quoted in quotation marks.

• Authors must respect the privacy of the participant of the research and must not use any information obtained from them without their informed consent.
• Authors should ensure that only information that improves the understanding of the study is shared.
• Authors must ensure that in instances where the identity of the participant needs to be revealed in the study, explicit and informed consent of the concerned party is obtained.

• To ensure impartiality of the review process by informing the reviewer (s) that s/he needs to disclose any conflicts of interest regarding the submitted research paper.
• The potential and relevant competing financial, personal, social, or other interests of all author(s) that might be affected by the publication of the results contained in the manuscript must be conveyed to the editor.
• The author(s) should disclose any potential conflict of interest at the earliest possible stage, including but not limited to employment, consultancies, honoraria, patent applications/registrations, grants, or other funding.
• All sources of financial support for the project should be disclosed alongside a brief overview of the role played if any by the responses during various stages of the research.

• A paper must always contain a proper acknowledgment of the work of others, including clear indications of the sources of all information quoted or offered, except what is common knowledge.
• The author(s) must also acknowledge the contributions of people, organizations, and institutes who assisted the process of research, including those who provided technical help, writing assistance, or financial funding (in the acknowledgment).
• It is the duty of the author(s) to conduct a literature review and properly cite the original publications that describe closely related work.

• Authorship of the work may only be credited to those who have made a noteworthy contribution in conceptualization, design, conducting, data analysis, and writing up of the manuscript.
• It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to include the name(s) of only those coauthors who have made significant contributions to the work.
• The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication. Others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research should be acknowledged for their contribution in an “Acknowledgement” section.

The Title Page should consist; title of the research paper (Preferably of 8 to 10 words), author(s)’ name(s) and affiliation. It must be noted that for the sake of Peer Review, separate file should be uploaded with no author(s)’ related information.

Subsequent to the Title Page, the manuscript should proceed with

• Abstract (Maximum of 150 words)
• Key Words (Maximum to Five in number)

• Introduction
• Literature Review
• Methodology
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusions and Policy Implications

The JCMI restricts the scholars to opt APA 6^th edition for the in-text reference quoting as well as for the Reference List at the end of the manuscript.

The manuscript is required to be fixed for the formatting standards:

1. Length of the paper must not be more than 8000 words.
2. Size of the paper is to be fixed at A4 i.e. 8 1/2″ ×
3. Font: 11 point Times New Roman; Paragraph: Before “0” and After “6”.
4. Single Column Format for the entire manuscript.
5. The Top, Left, and Right margin of the paper (fixed at A4) are required to be settled at length of 0.75 inches.
6. The length of 1 inch should be fixed for the bottom margin of the entire manuscript.
7. No indenting for the first paragraph.
8. Subsequent paragraphs must not be indented.
9. The headings (bold) should be assigned with Arabic numbers i.e. 1, 2, 3, and to be followed by the sub headings (un-bold & Italicized) such as 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, and so on.
10. The Tables and Figures must fall within the text of the paper. Therefore, the author is to clearly give reference of the Tables/Figures within the main body of the document at the appropriate place.
11. The Microsoft Equation 3.0 should be used for inserting the equations.

The entire functionality of JCMI is handled by OJS. Thereby, the website completely facilitates the online availability and accessibility of the published articles. In compliment to that, JCMI's website includes an archive of previous issues. Moreover, JCMI facilitates the authors to view and download the complete article without any prior intimation to the Editorial Board. In that way, JCMI holds the position of a trustworthy custodian of the trust of authors in respect of retaining their article(s) on it's website whose view and download is at the discretion of the author and readers on the JCMI's website.

In context of charging fee, JCMI facilitates the researchers by charging No Fee for the submission of manuscript. However, after manuscript is accepted for publication, JCMI is indelible in deciding to charge publication fee of $100 to cover the costs endured on research paper such as; review (national & international), indexation, printing, editing, English proof reading, and maintenance of online article archiving cost.
